How to Order
To place an order, please use our convenient Paypal “Add to Cart” button next to each item to add it to your cart. If you have a coupon code, enter it at check out and it will be applied automatically. Since we do not have a store-front, our overhead is low and thus our prices are, too. You may also reach us during the week from 9 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday (PST). We are also available on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
For California State residents we add appropriate state tax. For international orders, you are responsible for all fees associated with customs and/or VAT (value-added tax).
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. If you are dissatisfied with any item received from ImpaQt FX, you may return the item within 15 days for a prompt refund or exchange. Our liability for a defective item will not exceed its replacement cost to us.
Due to the nature of cosmetics and cosmetic products, we cannot guarantee the sanitary nature of any item once it has left our premises. Therefore, only unopened cosmetics and cosmetic products can be returned for a refund or exchange.
Method of Payment
Fast, safe and easy payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through PayPal even without a Paypal account. We also accept checks and money orders, but please note that personal checks take up to 10 days to clear and could delay your shipment.

Note: All liquid latex products and Pros-aide may freeze when shipped during winter months. To avoid this, we recommend have these products shipped using express service.
Shipping is extra and will be added to your invoice. Rush orders are possible if we have the items in stock. We use USPS Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise. A tracking number is provided.
Please note that hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally. Hazardous materials include anything flammable, such as items that contain alcohol.
Rough estimates are provided free of charge. Each project typically has the following steps:
- Design drawings and specs
- Crating (if needed)
- Installation (if needed)
- Installation Instructions (if needed)
Detailed design fees generally run 5-10% of the total project cost. On larger projects, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon completion.
Regular Project Updates
On larger projects, we’ll create a private web site to provide regular updates. Our clients can access this site and provide a link to anyone that needs a status or additional information. Since it’s a on the web, it’s available 24/7 from any timezone.
