We use PayPal for both domestic and international orders. PayPal is free and easy to use. Fast, safe and easy payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover through PayPal.  Even better, you can pay using PayPal, even without having a PayPal account.
Shipping in the USA
Shipping is automatically added to your invoice. Rush orders are possible if we have the items in stock. A tracking number is provided.
Note: All liquid latex products and Pros-aide may freeze when shipped during winter months. To avoid this, we recommend have these products shipped using express service.
International Shipping
For international orders, you are responsible for all fees associated with customs and/or VAT (value-added tax).
Please note that hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally.  Hazardous materials include anything flammable, such as items that contain alcohol.
Using a Coupon
If you have a coupon code, enter it at check out and it will be applied automatically.

You may reach us during the week from 9 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday (PST). We are also available on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
Our Guarantee
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. If you are dissatisfied with any item received from ImpaQt FX, you may return the item within 15 days for a prompt refund or exchange. Our liability for a defective item will not exceed its replacement cost to us.
Due to the nature of cosmetics and cosmetic products, we cannot guarantee the sanitary nature of any item once it has left our premises. Therefore, only unopened cosmetics and cosmetic products can be returned for a refund or exchange.
